Some countries will not allow the users to watch certain videos (i.e.) these videos may be flagged for some reason. In such cases, you can follow the tip to view them without the use of any software or installation.
Now see the following link (this is an example):

Did you see the symbol "=" in the above link? Replace this with the symbol "/"
So, the URL will look like this: http://www.youtube.com/v/x
This trick will work with the videos having the following message: This video or group may contain content that is inappropriate for some users, as flagged by YouTube’s user community.
