Clear Unwanted Items from Add and Remove

Run the Registry Editor (Start->Run->type regedit).

Go to {HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Uninstall}

Remove any unwanted subkeys under "Uninstall"

To do this you may also use registry cleaner where is in tune up utilities.
