Go to desktop->My computer-(right click on)->manage->->Device manager-> now you see a window of - Device manager
then go to Ports->Communication Port (double click on it and Open).
after open you can see a Communication Port properties.
go the Port Setting:----
and now increase your "Bits per second" to 128000.
and "Flow control" change 2 Hardware.
YOU WILL NOTICE AN IMMEDIATE RESULT....if not restart.then its definite.
It REALLY WORK
Note: it will not work for laptop computer users.

nice instructions,this is my suggestion or opinion to speed up internet, delete all temp files in your computer, because this might a reason for slow internet, try this after doing my suggestion...if you wanna check your internet speed at any cost
