Increase CD Writer Speed

Open My Computer.
Right-click the CD Drive icon.
Click "Properties".
Click the Recording tab to display the settings.
Under "Select a write Speed" Choose the "Fastest".

If still having a problem, then choose a speed like 18x or a medium speed. This will resolve almost all the issues.
